Want all the benefits of a Personal Trainer but not quite ready to commit? Then try one of our smaller packages that is just right.  All are a great way to challenge your body and reach your goals in a fun, indoor/outdoor setting.  We also use various equipment such as kettlebells, speed ladders, Plyo-boxes battling Ropes, resistance bands and more! This is an intense workout but modifications are always provided. Looking for a little extra motivation & great results? Come in and let our team of trainers show you all that you can do!
